Services

We are a general dentistry practice that has been serving San Diego families for more than 25 years. We value oral health and provide individuals with a comfortable environment to address any of their dental needs. Together we work towards your oral health goals and achieve the smile you want.

• Comprehensive Dental Exams

On your first visit to Allegiance Dental your hygienist or a dental assistant will take X-rays to determine the state of your oral health. We’ll screen for Gum Disease, Oral Cancer, Tooth Decay and previously done work.

• Dental Cleanings

Oral hygiene and regular dental cleanings are important. Poor oral health can lead to tooth decay, bone loss, and gum disease as well as be a contributing factor in heart disease and strokes.

• X-Rays

Dental X-Rays are taken at appointments when we need to see the detail in hidden dental structures. X-rays show us what’s going on behind the toothache – bone loss, cavities and benign or malignant masses.

• Fillings

When you have a cavity or need aesthetic repairs on a tooth dental fillings are used to restore function and integrity to tooth.structures.

• Crowns

A Crown, otherwise known as a tooth-shaped “cap” is placed over a tooth to improve it’s appearance and to restore or correct shape, size, and strength of a tooth.

• Root Canals

Root Canals are amongst the patient’s least favorite dental procedures, however the much maligned root canal is necessary because it replaces the infected pulp inside a tooth allowing it to be saved.

• Dentures and Bridges

Dental bridges, partial dentures, and dental implants are used to replace teeth that have been extracted or are missing. These “artificial” dental devices help give you the complete and healthy smile you desire.

• Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic Dentistry is referred to as any dental work that improves the appearance, but not necessarily the function or health of teeth or gums. There are a variety of cosmetic procedures that can improve your smile.

• Whitening

Tooth whitening or dental bleaching is a common procedure in general and cosmetic dentistry. Ask us about whitening procedures we recommend to our patients.
